What is Boat Life – Lake of the Ozarks?
Boat Life – Lake of the Ozarks is mobile video game (Android and iOS) that want’s to give players sense of boating life on amazing Lake of the Ozarks. In this game, players will be able to buy, customise and race various types of boats. Also, players will be able to customise their characters and build up their home on the lakeshore!

Beside making a fun game, we also want to use this game to promote Lake of the Ozarks, the entire state of Missouri and most importantly, boating as a way of life to a world-wide audience. Since younger generations care only about screens, so we think that best way to spawn more interest in boating and LOTO is by using those same screens Our goal is to make the lake as authentic as possible, so we are making a 1:1 scale of (for now the first 5 miles) lake with most of the landmark locations represented in the game.

Boats Boating game won’t be anything without large selection of boats. In our game, players will be able to buy, customize, upgrade, drive and race large variety of realistic looking and driving boats. We pay a lot of attention to details on our boats, so that they look a part, but also to drive same as well. That’s why we are simulating complete buoyancy and water dynamic of each boat (different type of hull will behave differently) and as well as a lot of performance parameters (engine power, prop type, drive type, etc.)

Also we are planning to include local (and state/national/global) business, communities, events and personalities, that will have options to advertise in our game, but not in classic “ads” type, but in a way they would be represented in real life; real-life bar will advertise by being a virtual place in our game, boat parts supplier will advertise by being location where players will buy boat parts for their virtual boats, hotel can advertise by having custom missions where player needs to deliver virtual guests to that virtual hotel, etc. We need ads to finance this project, but we don’t want them to take away from players experience, but rather to make it more authentic.
